Our Story
The idea for TOPLINER emerged after the release of ChatGPT-4, when we realized AI had finally reached the capability to transform an industry that hadn't fundamentally changed in decades.
Founded by Learco Finck, bringing over 10 years of deep expertise in executive search, and Arsen Ibragimov, a serial entrepreneur with extensive experience building technology products, we set out to bridge the gap between traditional recruitment excellence and cutting-edge AI.
Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and members of the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, we're fully bootstrapped and proudly profitable.
We're growing rapidly with clients including major funds like PSG and Prosus, as well as leading companies like Miro and Helsing.

Build features end-to-end with Laravel, React, and TypeScript. Work directly with AI APIs and modern web technologies. Shape product decisions and technical architecture.
Head of Research
Be the human-in-the-loop that ensures AI outputs meet executive search quality standards. Bridge the "last mile" between AI automation and client-ready results. Combine deep executive search expertise with an understanding of AI capabilities.
Head of Sales
Build and scale our sales engine from the ground up. Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close. Target executive search firms, VCs, PE funds, and fast-growing tech companies. This is a foundational role with significant equity upside.
